Shipping & Risks During Shipping
GyroGenesis Glassworks carefully packs and secures their products for shipping. However, accidents may occur during delivery by common carrier.
You may wish to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products by making the appropriate requests when placing your order with GyroGenesis Glassworks.
You may also request the use of a courier at an additional price. However, GyroGenesis will replace the damaged piece, once it has been returned (see Returns Policy). Please include the receipt and original packing material.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. We want you to be happy with whatever you buy from GryoGenesis. If the product does not meet the high standards you are expecting, you are welcome to send it back to us for a full refund (please read our return policy). If there is a problem, we will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If you're happy with the quality of the product but hoped for something a little different for yourself, consider giving your purchase away as a gift before returning it.

Returns Policy
Please call us! We must first authorize returns. Do not discard your receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, or an exchange of equal value (sorry, I cannot refund shipping costs). If the product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item.

How do I place an order?
1. GyroGenesis's order form. A straight forward and convenient way to purchase your product. We do not take credit cards online, so there are no worries of internet fraud. Once we receive your order, we will contact you directly to discuss payment options.
2. Phone us!! We would love to speak with you in person to discuss the products and take your order. If there is no answer, please leave us a message with your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For your own protection, please do not send confidential information via email.

When will I receive my order?
Orders within Canada should arrive within 2 weeks. Orders to the United States should arrive in 2-3 weeks. If a delay occurs, you will be contacted. Delays may occur around the holidays as this is our busy period.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping within Canada is $4.95CAN.
Shipping to the United States is $3.95USD.
What method of payment is accepted?
1. Master Card and Visa. Your card will be billed under the name "GyroGenesis Glassworks". For your security, card companies require verification of card number, expiration date and billing address. Some restrictions may apply.
2. Prepaid Orders. Money order or bank cashiers checks are accepted.
*Sorry but we do not accept personal checks.
Do you take custom orders?
I enjoy taking custom orders! Creating a unique piece of art, with colours and designs that appeal to you, stretches me artistically. I love the interplay of thoughts when creative minds work together. If you have an idea for a custom order, please e-mail me with your ideas. I will let you know if the piece can be made, and give you a price and timetable.
